What information is being collected?
Forms on our website, such as our contact form, may ask for information such as your name, email address and a phone number if you would like us to contact you about any enquiry or to fulfil a quote.
As well as the data you provide, we will also collect the time and date you submitted the message and also the country and IP address the message was submitted from. This data will be stored by our website using the Contact Form plug-in, as well as emailed to one of our team.

Your data is being collected by Heathgate Maintenance Ltd, Stanmore House, 28a Church Road, Stanmore HA7 4AW. We are a Limited company registered in England & Wales number 09672662. Your data is not shared with any other organisations apart from when it is required to store your data within third party software.
Why is my data being collected
We collect your details if you submit an enquiry so that we can respond and contact you about your message.
How will my data be used
If you contact us through our website, we may store your information in our customer relationship management systems. We may record when you contacted us, the dates, times and locations of any meetings we may have and outcomes of our conversations and when we have sent invoices to you.
We may send marketing emails to you about related services to the ones you have purchased from us. If we do so we would use 3rd party software called MailChimp. Every marketing email we send will include an Unsubscribe button so that you can opt out at any time.
If you are a commercial contact, we may also use the email address you provided to find and connect with you on LinkedIn, if you use the platform.
Who will my data be shared with?
We will not share or sell your data to any third parties for marketing use.
Employees of our company may see the details you give to us in their daily work.
We store the majority of our data ‘in the cloud’, for example in our address book and contact database. Our own systems are hosted by Apple and 1and1.co.uk.
Third party software may also store your data if you have given us permission to stay in touch with you, such as MailChimp.
How do I unsubscribe, or request to be forgotten?
If you receive an email from us using the MailChimp email marketing software, you will be able to click the unsubscribe link in the email to remove yourself from the list and any further emails.
If you wish us to also remove what data we hold on you as a company, we are happy to do this as long as it complies with the records we are required to hold within UK law. General if we have completed works for you we are required to hold your information for at least 6 years after completion.
